The Legal & Regulatory Committee
The Committee is a collegial advisory body to LT VCA. Its members are recognized Lithuanian experts working mainly with legal and tax matters. Given the rapid growth of the ecosystem of Lithuanian private equity and venture capital, the Committee‘s main goal is to actively contribute to the improvement of legal and tax system relating to implementation of venture capital tools and thereby create favourable conditions for market development and setting up of new Lithuanian and foreign venture capital funds.
